By accessing or using ElectraDock's website, mobile application, or wireless charging services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

ElectraDock provides wireless electric vehicle charging systems, including ground-based transmitter pads, vehicle-mounted receivers, and companion software for monitoring and control. Our Services are designed for personal and commercial EV charging use.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any ElectraDock hardware or software.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems.
• Place foreign objects on or near charging pads that may interfere with operation.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Services without authorization.

5. Safety & Installation

ElectraDock charging systems must be installed by certified technicians in accordance with local electrical codes and our installation guidelines. Improper installation voids all warranties and may create safety hazards. Users must follow all safety instructions provided with the product and in our app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, trademarks, and technology associated with ElectraDock are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElectraDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty

ElectraDock hardware is covered by a limited warranty as specified in the product documentation. Software and digital services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
